2007 Dutchmen M-28G-SL

I am a new member so please be easy with me I have a 2007 Dutchmen 28G-SL and checked it out this past weekend for maintenance required to sell. I noticed that the Slide out in the Kitchen and Living area Gasket on the outer area that protects the trailor from weather and other items is getting split and worn and needs replacement. I have been looking for days for a replacement gasket and have called a RV dealer parts area and was told that I have to take a picture of the gasket (rubber) and forward to them with Vin number of vehicle. IS there a parts site that deals in this part?? And is there a way to get all parts installed in my RV. I checked through my owners manual and can't find parts and have tried the standard Vin sites and they don't seem to give you anything or very little on RV's. IF anyone can help with a site or where I could find this part would be greatly appreciated.
