Window help

All,
I am trying to issue a warranty claim to repair/replace the windows in the slide of my 2016 282DBHS. I need to replace the two on the ends as well as the large rear window by the dinette. Of course the brain trust that makes up the Keystone/Dutchmen warranty claim department don't know the sizes of the windows in question. Here arises my problem: My rig is parked 3 hours north of here and I don't know the next time I will be up there to take pictures and measurements. Is there anyone on here that has a similar year 282DBHS that would be willing to help take measurements of the windows in question and possibly pictures as well? I really appreciate any help anyone can provide.

I need to replace the front glass on my slide of the same camper. Just the glass that slides up and the gasket that holds it into the frame. Do you remember where I should go to buy it?

Thankfully for me, mine was done via warranty so I did it at the dealership. I'm sorry but I can't provide any more useful input than that.

Thanks for the reply. I see we're both in AZ. Dutchmen's website pointed me to LaMesa RV but I've heard nightmare stories about their services department. Do you mind sharing where you have your warranty work done? I'm assuming they could order the correct glass as they did your work.

I did mine at LaMesa in Mesa, not the one on the West side. I worked with a guy named Jose in their service department and he actually did a very good job.

The horror stories seem to be from the Phoenix store. I have had nothing but positive work from the Mesa La Mesa RV store. As jcs says, head over to Mesa for the window work.
