What levelers do you use

I just picked up those Anderson levelers and pads from a few recommendations I read out there. This weekend will be our first try with them. We have been using the lego type and they work, but I don't feel they are as stable as I like. Last trip out there we had quite a bit of bounce going on in the trailer.

It could be it because it was our first time out with the Aerolite 282dbhs..so who knows.

What works for you and your rig

I have been using the Lynx Levelers ever since the first came out. Cost effective and work well enough. I used to haul a bunch of wood blocks, used those for firewood one cold weekend.

I have never seen the Anderson unit in use, I would be interested though.

I use my Lego blocks, I have a set of Lynx Levellers and two sets of another brand, that are quite a bit sturdier than the Lynx.

I have never had any problems getting set up in one try, my side to side leveller gives me the rise in need, stack 'em up put the stop block on and drive on.

The Anderson does look slick, but what's with the level on the side of the camper. You need two people to level up, other wise you need to be doing a lot of jumping in and out to get were you need to be.

I have to agree never saw anyone level their rig like that before.
Guess they never heard of bubble levels. I can see mine out my left mirror while pulling onto my blocks with no need to get out of the truck.

Amazon was way over priced. Buy from them directly at $39.00 isn't too bad. I am Canadian, I WISH I could pay that low LOL

Wow, I just looked at the Canadian price. I got two sets of Lego blocks for the price of one of those. Even the US price is still ten dollars more a set than I paid for my blocks.

I am wondering about the one person operation... I have a level on the front of my camper, each mark means one lego block, stack'em and roll. Rocket science it ain't.

I can just see it trying to level up if you don't have the second person to stick the wedge under the wheels. Drive TT on, stop where you figure is right by the level, put in park and set brake, truck rolls forward/back, off by an inch. Try again, same thing. Third time chuck them suckers in the nearest pond and get out the Lego.

Aaron I would LOVE to set up camp beside you! Every time we go out on a camping trip, its another camper that gives us that one great tip or lesson. Google just doesn't teach stuff like that

C'mon down. I have 40 acres and a couple of 30 amp hookups at the house.

And pretty seasonable winters too!

Seriously I am about 25 minutes off of I-95 in the Sandhills region of NC and we welcome friendly RV'ers passing through. I came home from a work trip and there were 4 RV's parked in the yard. Two Airstream trailers, an Airstream MoHo and a Challenger fifth wheel. Can you say RALLY?!

I don't have sewer hookups but we do have pump out facilities... sort of.

Never have a problem of my truck moving once up on blocks. Trick is set the parking brake first, put in park, then take foot off of brake pedal. Truck wouldn't roll as long as the parking brakes are good & adjusted right.
