We are water tight!

We've had our 240BHSL for about 9 months now and LOVE IT. Yes we had some initial issues but they were all resolved under warranty and we are good now. We've on another road trip an are currently set up here in San Diego, CA. Holy mother has it been raining here. I thought we may have to build an ark soon!
Anyway, happy to report not a drop of rain has made it inside the camper, it's been holding up great.

Great news! Sucks about the rain for you but other that the devastation that rain is causing the state does need rain. Too bad it couldn't have come more gently.

We LOVE it. We are currently a family of 3 (and a Golden Retriever) with a baby on the way. We've spent (literally) a month straight in it. Right now we have all the room we need. Our Son uses the upper bunk to sleep and the lower has become our "storage" area. Once the new one arrives we need to rethink things but we are not using any of the under seat or bed storage at all right now.
We had a few initial issues within the first few months:
1)Leaking toilet
2) bathroom door miss aligned
3)cracked black tank
All were handled under warranty with no problems and from what I understand ALL new RV's have a "break in" period.
Again, I'd say go for it. We spend a ton of time in our's and my wife runs a blog about our travels, etc. Here is the one with our camper: A Peek inside the 'Rolling Condo' | Velo Mom
Good luck and I'd be happy to answer any questions you have (if I can).

Do you know about the storage under the bottom bunk? You probably do but I just found ours last fall.

Yes

I found that while looking for the water heater bypass valves to winterize. I have not totally removed the master bed cover but it looks like a large storage area under there as well.
