slide seal

I tried to post this the other day but I guess it did not work. I have the 283bhsl which is myfirst trailer with a slide. I noticed there is a gap in the lower corners when the slide is open allowing light from outside in. The seal on the bottom looks like a large flap of rubber and is does not seal at the corners. I was just wondering if anybody else has the same problem or if it even is a problem. I don't see how water could get in where its at but bugs and small reptiles definitely could. Thanks for any help, scott
