Sad day

winterized and covered for the winter The con living in a cold climate!

Do you cover your TT? This is our first year covering our TT, it was a bit of a b*tch trying to get it on (learning curve). I wont know how well the cover worked out until next spring. We put double axle wheel covers on as well. We left both vents open in the trailer (Maxxair II covering vents) for circulation. There are 3 vents on each side of the cover so hopefully that will add to the breathability of the cover. Also added some devices to remove humidity.

We shall see

I used one of those covers on my old trailer, except it had a Tyvek roof, it stood up to a lot of wind, worked well. It was a giant pain because the old camper had sharp edges everywhere that had to be covered.

For the price of 3 covers, I had a carport built, absolutely love it.

Only thing I know about covers is I used one for my Burgman 650 in the summer. Didn't keep it any cooler as a matter of fact it made it hotter parked in the sun. Maybe it will help keep your RV warmer on the inside.

I'm sure glad I live in California. We are headed to the beach in November and December with our Voltage 3895. I can't imagine winterizing it, I'd miss it too much!

I have the tan Adco cover that I used for the first time last year (it tore in a few spots that I had to patch). I left both my vents open and put three tubs of the moisture guard stuff in the trailer. No issues with moisture inside or out and at least the rubber roof was out of the elements for five months. I suspect it will actually be harder to put on this year as it is impossible to get the thing rolled up as neat as it came from the factory.

Mine was the tan one also, I thought it was very tough, survived several heavy windstorms. Just recheck the straps a few times as they will stretch, keeping everything snug will cut down on wind damage.
