New Aerolite 282 Television help

Hello, I am new to this group and pick up my Aerolite 282DBHS this weekend. I am wondering if anyone has this model or something similar and have installed the tv in the entertainment center. I'm looking for some tips on mounting the tv, bracket and maybe some pictures. Thanks in advance!

There's a sticker on the wall of the Ent. Center that shows you where to mount the TV bracket, you should be able to find a bracket at Wal-Mart. My TV was pre-installed by Dutchmen, it has Velcro that goes across the front of the TV and attached to the wall to keep it from moving when travelling, you definitely want to do that.

I never would have thought of the Velcro! I'll definitely do that. Thanks!

If after you get the television installed your picture quality is poor try changing out the splitters. In my 242RESL had a picture on the tv's but the quality was poor -changed out the splitters and the quality is as good as my cable in the house.

Don't stop at changing the splitters, if you can find them, but go ahead and change the 'crimped on' connectors with compression connectors.

Yep, I know that's one of your recommendations but I wanted to get it out there before went shopping for goodies.

I did, at one time, live 50 miles from civilization and really hated it when I forgot to get something.

To hijack the thread just a little, on the curved wall in the suite is the light switch and this little, white, plastic hooter thing, conical shaped and ventilated.

My guess is it is the thermocouple for the zone 2 A/C. Mine was stuffed into the wall where it wouldn't work really well no matter what it is. I pulled it from the hole and curled it inside of the plastic white hooter thing. Something you might want to take a look see.
