Kodiak Owners? Anyone? Anyone?

Second post on the Dutchmen Forum (long time on other rv forum).
Debating between Kodiak 201QB and Aspen Trail 1900
Would like to know about any delamination issues with the Kodiak line.
That's my biggest hang up.
Any other "insider" knowledge you'd like to pass along, I'm all ears.
We have an aluminum sided TT now and no experience with laminated TTs
Previously owned Class As, tent trailers and now a TT.
Thanks for any replies They will be much appreciated.

Hi, I've owned a Kodiak 300bhsl since new in 2014. It looks like on the passenger side front, there maybe some shift as the sticker that runs along there tore, so I'm thinking it may have shifted some. Other than that, good quality and options.

Kodiac

No delamination issues I can see - stored outside all year - of course the TT has only had 500 miles put on it... due to slide issues etc... (and college gets in the way of travelling)

2012 255 BHSL here.

No delam issues. Some cracking on the frame near where the leaf springs attached. I had to reinforce the area and all seems good now. If you don't have access to a welder this could be a problem. If you web search this was a common problem for lippert frames made at the time. It may be better now (I just don't know).

I had some axle issues but I don't know if I bent the axle or if it was bent when new. Since it was replaced I have had no further issues.

No other issues that I can think of. We camp a fair amount and it has held up well otherwise.

Aerolite owner (same thing) zero delam after almost 4 years, still looks brand new. I keep it under a carport and wax it at least once a year.

Why you worried about delamination? Delamination is a maintenance issue. If you keep the joints sealed, water won't get in, and delamination won't occur.
Fail to inspect and keep the seems sealed and every RV will delaminate, rot, or whatever.

Kodiak 201QB

Hello
I have a 2017 Kodiak 201QB and it appears the underbelly has sagged. I have had it at the dealer who contacted Keystone and they have stated they are going to deny the warranty as a bracket has broken and the tank has sunk down. They claim it must have been because I overfilled the fresh water tank. This is absolutely garbage as it has not been overfilled. How on earth do they think the supports are good enough to go off road it filling the tank can cause the brackets/support to break. I am protesting their decision and if they decide to fix it I will amend this post.

Maybe I'm confused, but how can you "overfill" a tank? When full, it holds a finite amount of liquid. You can't have full +.

***LAUGHING OUT LOUD*** What the heck are they attempting to say? the tank is full when the water runs out of the fill port. Isn't that what the instructions say?

I overfill my drinking glasses all the time, beer everywhere.

But I never go off road with them.
