We have a 279RBSL, very similar to the 276. Ours (and several others) have had problems with the sky lights not being installed correctly at the factory.
I've also had a couple of minor loose water fittings (water heater cold inlet, accessed it through the bathroom access plate; island sink drain trap; cracked/froze a one-way valve at the city water connection, replaced it with part from local DIY megastore). Found that if not 100% plumb and level that the bathroom and shower doors become a pain to open or shut. Nice unit overall but we don't need bunk beds yet.
