Kodiak 201QB Mods?

Howdy,
I am looking to purchase a Kodiak 201QB. I was curious of any mods or upgrades people have done once they got their units?
Is their a lot of dead space behind false cabinets that can be utilized? Etc.
Share some pics. Tell me about Ur unit.
I would love some new ideas, tips, and must do... for this new camper.

Thanks so much!

I saw the unit and totally fell in love.

Decided, this is my one. Already thinking about small things to upgrade like LED bulbs and other small stuff. I am so excited and can't wait till this spring when I can clean her and get her rdy to go. ♡

This is what we've done so far:
- Replace all the plastic faucets.
- Replaced legs on the table with shorter legs.
- Added reading lights over the bed.
- Added Maxxfan fans (7500k with remote)
- Replaced mattress with Ikea queen. (best upgrade so far)
- Added electric tong jack (worth the money)
-Upgraded the grill top on the stove.
-Lowered the medicine cabinet 3 inches (My wife is short)

So far we have...

Put in a true queen bed.
Added solar panel to charge batteries.
Upgraded to larger batteries.
Changed out the fan to a max air.
Made the other vent another max air fan.
Made blackout curtains for everything. (Windows and Skylight)
Upgraded the faucets and shower.
Built a cover for the stove top.
Wired the TV to work with the surround.
Added a TPMS to the tires.
Bought a new hydraulic jack in case we ever get a flat.
2 double USB 12V inputs on each side of the bed.
Also made the outlet on each side of the bed be power and usb.

Things to do: add some cabinet doors to the dinette and to access under the bed.

Smile Kodiak 201QB Mods

I absolutely fell in love with this model because it had everything that I wanted in a replacement trailer. I love the shower and the roominess inside, plus the huge cargo compartment under the bed. I've done a few mods here and there like putting in shallow towel rods (IKEA) on the wall between the bathroom and living area, blackout panel over the door window and blackout shield behind the skylight pleated shade. The mattress is too soft, so we will probably upgrade to a better one soon (not sure if a $1200 upgrade to a Sleep Number Queen is in our future or not). Also transferred the power hitch jack from our older trailer to this one, much easier. I have other plans in my head and will post them once I get around to them. We totally love this trailer.

We absolutely love ours. We took a 2 month vacation just recently.

We put in power fans front and back. Put in cabinet doors under the dinette and the bed. Put in a full sized queen. Blackout curtains all around. Door, windows, and skylights.
Shower upgrade. TPMS. Extra outlets. Batteries upgraded. Welded a rack over the batteries and installed our generator.

It's such a great camper. ♡
