Most likely under the kitchen sink, if that is close to where the water tank its. If all else fails turn the water on and track down the noise.

Noisy pump

How noisy is noisy?

The "pump" in my 2018 Kodiak Cub was noisy when I started using it again in January. Later, two weeks into a 3 week trip, it ran relatively quietly.

It may be a check valve is the system that creates the noise. The valve may allow backflow for a fraction of a second and when it finally stops the flow causes a bang. This repeats as the pump cycles on and off.

It is possible the valve in my system stopped sticking and thus reduced the noise.

Mine is located under the kitchen sink. Must remove the drawers to access the pump.

water lines make noise too

In some cases, the water lines are vibrating against something making noise. On every trailer I've owned I've had to re-route some water lines and tie wrap them to something so they don't vibrate.

Also, check the rubber mounting feet on the pump, make sure they are functional.

The water pump is behind the storage cabinet below the sink. You will need to take the panel off and the pump is back in there.

Update:
I finally located the water pump on our 2015 Aerolite 28RLSS. It is located below the stove (vented space) and to the immediate right in an area which appears only accessibly by removing the water heater from the outside.
Beside the pump being a bit noisy the water lines behind the kitchen sink where vibrating against the sink bowl.
Thanks for all replies, they where very helpful
Best Regards

There are several EASY ways to make that thing PURR... Cut the pipe to the pump and install rubber lines. Insulate the pump from the floor with rubber padding.

Rubber lines. I like that idea. Will have to try that. Isolating the feet did not help very much.

Thanks.

Put rubber pipe insulation around the pipes to keep them from vibrating against each other or floor.
