Thanks everyone for the information on the AC ducting. Owning a 2015 300BHSL as well, I will be looking into the ducting as well. Looking forward to pictures and videos from Clay507 and others as well.

I wish I had taken pictures of the cluster *&(& of a tape job in my unit. Spent a few hours putting foam into my ducts, and closing areas off, but with Tucson weather hot this weekend, got too hot in the camper for me, I still have some lights to foam late this year, they are cold to touch and I feel air coming out. I did discover my rear area skylight is set up for another AC unit ( I think that because there is an AC plug under the Bezel, I used 2 inch AC foam in the ducts, and my wifes smaller arms, and a bit of spray foam, which has did not set up well. I re-taped the inside of both intake and exhaust, used 4 self taping screws to seal the plate the is between exhaust and intake, it was taped with a foam tape and looked like a balloon, so I tore all that out. used good 3M tape from Lowes, thick aluminum cold weather tape, the AC box is horrible too, boards do not fit right etc.. and the duct is 1.5-2 inch and about 8 inches wide on both sides. I would suggest anyone that owns one of these, to at least pull down the 6 screws and bezel from the main unit,, the box is not well separated the tape they use is horrible and in mine it was sucking cool air up into the intake instead of going to the roof ducts.. The diagram really helped me to understand and a Harbor freight camera ( not the best, rather use a borescope which I just ordered) to look around in the duct, the company really did a lousy job putting the foam up especially around the aluminum frame... if using expandable spray foam, I would recommend tearing out all the tape in the AC unit before spraying, if you spray blind you can fill up your front bedroom duct easy, ( ask me, thankfully I could reach in and grab it out..
