Am I the only one seeing poor quality with the Aerolites?
Hi there, new to the forum. I have stumbled upon this site while I was researching if other people are having quality issues with their Aerolites. I want to preface this thread by stating that I am not bashing Dutchmen, Aerolite, or Ultra lights, just trying to see if I am having a sole issue or if others are experiencing the same thing.
We have a 2013 Aerolite 225rbsl and are the original owners. We have only put about 2,500 miles on it over the couple of years we have owned it, but use it frequently at our base campground. From what I read online, we take exceptional care of the coach with it's maintenance and with keeping it clean, insect and water free. But, we have been noticing some issues that seem to be just poor quality, like: the counter tops are blistering (not from spillage of anything either), the walls (both interior and exterior) are starting to wave, which is causing the seals to fail. Several of the screws (especially around the main entrance door) are all starting to rust. And bits of tinfoil-like material continuously fall from the air duct system. Like I said, we try our best to keep up with it and have it regular maintained by authorized service technicians, but we just seem to be falling apart. Are we doing something wrong, is anyone else experiencing this?
