2015 Coleman 16FBS Window/wall AC

I have a Window AC that is working great, but have to work on condensate draining properly. Here are two questions:
1. If I replace the AC with something similar do I need to just try to match up dimensions for the fit or are there other considerations?
2. The outside vent cover for the AC units has a few cracks around the screw holes. How hard is it to find a replacement?

Thanks!

Keep in mind that the walls in an RV are less than two inches thick and have NO support. Welcome by the way.

Went through this in 2014. It's a long thread, but includes pictures of me pulling our AC (lots of caulk to cut through), and discussions about condensate drainage. Our dealer didn't believe us; had to do it myself. Biggest answer to your question is that not only is external size of the AC critical, you have to watch where the vents are so the exhaust air flow will go up and out as designed. It will all become clear when you remove the AC. Probably don't have to replace it. Here, from 2014, is the story. Good luck! Coleman CM16FBS Side wall AC Drain
