We joined a new camping family just in time for our 2ed year in 3 out it is the Family Campers and RVers of Ohio and for the first time in over 14 years we are planning a trip to Chattanooga Tennessee and plan to stay on a skirmish site that the battle of Chattanooga was fought on and finally have a slide topper on this spring our new Chevy Colorado is the truck of the year from motor trend.

The Family Campers and RVers actively seeking new members across the USA they are open to any brand and you don’t even have an RV you can have a tent so if you are looking for a good time and meet a wide diversity of camp foke check them out

we are getting ever so close to pull out our rig from a slumber started in November 2013 last spring and fall many changes outside as well inside a second hose carrier a hinge for under bed storage and new upgraded reading lights a new brake a way cable new battery staring a conversion to led it doesn't help when your RV has more than a x mas tree and we haven’t scratch the surface it may take months to years to get it 100% but we chip away little

Where did you find those reading lights? I want to add some to my trailer, but haven't found any I like yet. Those look like they might fill the bill.

if you have a Kodiak or some other Thor brand you think they would put reading lights in but many don't still getting the bugs out next week it will be in service first time since November 2013

This is the difference between a 2003 trailblazer and a 2015 chevy colorado as our tow vehicle these are some the things I notice with the two but the back story is we pickup the kodiak with a third one before we had the trailblazer an 2003 Ford Expedition this new truck is 2 1/2 feet longer than the ford both in wheelbase and length in high wends it handle better than the suv and today it was a lot better I had use a new Curt Triflex controller I think this was one of thee best I have used over my close to 20 years towing it handle beautifully

I'm a pretty handy guy if I do say so myself and I've been trying to decide whether or not to do my own side awning install, did you install the slide awning or did you have an RV service install it? If you DIY'ed it, can you explain any of the pitfalls to watch out for?

Cheers

I would like to put some in site how the new Chevy mid size tows a 27 foot Kodiak 241 RBSL we were close to 5350 pounds with an E2 fast away hitch a week from last weekend on the way home we had 0 payload the next day Sunday April 19 2015 we had 700 in the bed payload with our Kodiak 241 RBSL going up a 15% grade to our storage lot it didn't even hurt the 1/2 mile climb we average 49 MPH this was a good test and passed well
