Quick trip to Yosemite

After reading all the posts about de-winterizing I feel fortunate, that is something we don't have to do. What we will be doing is taking a trip to Yosemite to be sure everything's working properly. I know my husband has a list of things he checks. I'm just there to tell him what's not working. That's about all I'm good for. The exciting part is that I didn't think we were going to make it to Yosemite this year since we were taking so much time for our trip to Yellowstone. Yosemite is by far one of our favorite places to visit and we always feel so fortunate when we are successful getting reservations. Maybe lightning will strike twice and we'll be able to go back in October!

Granite Bay is a beautiful area! We live in the San Francisco Bay Area, about 45 minutes South of San Francisco. We have some friends that live near Granite Bay in Roseville and we also bought our trailer in Roseville. We haven't spent a lot time there though.

Re: Quick trip to Yosemite

We did a trip to San Francisco. That was cool. Spent the night there and visited some on my brother's friends in Mill Valley. Also spent a day in Roseville. Not enough time in a week to do everything so I guess we have to go back some day...

It's nice to see that people are getting out & about so early in the year.

We're pretty lucky with the weather here, but it'll still be cold in the sierra's, probably t-shirt and short weather for you. I'm bundled up and layered in anything below 50 degrees. Regardless, I'm looking forward to being out.
