Total NG....

Good Evening, Folks. Just found the site today and had to jump on in and join the party. I am sure most of you will get extremely tired of reading my posts but I have been thrown into the deep end with our RV and have always known that a closed mouth never gets fed.... My husband thought it would be an awesome thing for us to purchase an RV, live in it for a time, and pay down our (small) debt so we can Full Time/ Snow Bird debt free when he retires in about 5 years.... So as always, I smiled and said 'yes, dear' as I always do when he flashes me that smile of his. Now..... Here I am going through our walk through on Monday for delivery, and scheduled to be out of our house in 3 weeks.... Not a bad deal except, my husband was unexpectedly sent away for 9 months (US Army likes to do that from time to time)... When I tell you I know pretty much NOTHING about RVs.... It ain't no lie..... Between packing and purging everything in our 1200 square foot house, and mothering our 4 year old son and 2 dogs I am trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. I am 100% confident that I can do this.... I just hope I don't break anything really expensive or permanently in the process. So please forgive my ignorance and the amounts of 'stupid questions everyone with an RV should already know', I have tender feelings but am eager to become a pro at everything Travel Trailer. Thanks in Advance!!!
Side note: Our Travel Trailer is a 201436.5' Aerolite BHSS

First and foremost, thank you for the Military service that your family is making to this great country. I know what you are going thru is never easy. You have my upmost respect. As far as forums go, i believe you have found the best. I'm sure you'll benefit from the many decades of RV experience found here. Welcome!!
