Not sure if yours is the same as mine, but the pullout sofa in my 2018 299BHSL was not installed correctly from the factory and it was very easy to take apart and fix. The pullout part is screwed to the sides with 2 screws on each side and was easy to pick up.

Recliner Sofa

My 3200 has the 4 recliner sofa and is actually 4 separate section with side clips to hold it together as one. Four screws in each section hold it to the floor, reclined the left side, removed the screws and it lifted right out. Made it much easier to remove each section out as well.

We took ours out before we went full-time. It was easy to remove. They are just foam cushions on plywood boxes. We replace it with two nice LazyBoy chairs and a cube table (purchased at Target) with 3 large cubes and two smaller ones for dvd's/cd's.

We took our "hide a bed " sofa out, and put in regular love seat recliners,, just had to take the old sofa out in sections, was barely screwed to the floor.. the new recliners were lighter than old one. The invoice for the trailer showed we paid 500 bucks for that sofa upgrade,, Funny part was when the old sofa was made into a bed, you could not get into the bathroom.
