Hello everyone. New member from B.C. Canada. We just bought a 2014 Dutchmen 261BHS. We are new to travel trailers and will be taking it out on it's maiden voyage in a couple of weeks. Towing with a 2006 GMC Sierra crew 4x4 with the lbz Duramax diesel and 6 speed Allison. Equilizer 4 point sway control. Reason for choosing this model was for the pac and play entrance door in the back. We have a home based glass etching business and travel to various trade fairs. The rear cargo door to the bunks can carry our stock. I went through this TT on my hands and knees and thought it was well built and in our price range. All cabinet doors were level and closed tight. Same with drawers. No visible split wood under dinette or other places I could see. Plumbing seemed tight and glued well. No sawdust under sink and bath cabinets. Walls seemed solid and roof had good seals around everything. I imagine I will have some issues crop up but nothing serious I hope. Will wait and see. Our dealer is only 5 miles away. Glad to be on the forum. Thanks.

Hi wrangler. Glad you've decided to start posting. Welcome to the forum. Enjoy your rig. There's nothing like the freedom of the open road and having your house on wheels.

Welcome Wrangler from another BC'er (Bring Cash). Hope you enjoy the new trailer. Do you have a web page for your glass etching business?

Cheers

Greetings Wrangler. This welcome is coming from the prairies. We'll be into Maple Ridge soon so will wave as we drive over that beautiful bridge that connects the two cities.
