Hello from Maryland - 242BHSL Aerolite

Bought our 2017 Aerolite 242BHSL last year and have enjoyed camping in many places over the last year. We did have one issue on our 2nd trip when the slide chain broke and caused many issues. Once that was fixed, we have had little to no issues and really enjoy the floor plan. I do wish we had a couch instead of the dinette and have considered an upgrade/mod many times.

Welcome!
That looks a lot like our 2018 Kodiak 243 BHSL except the rear is reversed and you have a door to bath and a hatch in the back.

We are also looking at a couch in lieu of the dinette.

HAve fun
Bill

Let the Adventures begin. Hopefully you're staying dry with all this rain we've had here local.

Welcome. Tearing out the dinette is super easy and only takes a few hours, if that.
Best mod we've done so far is put a couch in, even got to keep the table.

Thanks everyone! The rain has been crazy lately and hoping we have some dry weather for our next trip in early August! I’m excited to show my husband some of the mods I’ve seen posted.

I just hope to finish my mod list before the wife gives me hers.

No end in sight for this rain, but it’s nit going to stop our first outing, it will happen rain or shine.

Can’t wait to see pics of your mods.

Any chance we could get a picture of your conversion? What unit do you have?

I hate the dinette. A couch with the table would be awesome.
Thanks
Bill
