Hello from Granbury, TX.

Hi there, just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm Joe and joined this forum because I think that we are probably going to buy a Dutchman Denali Travel Trailer and wanted to see what others my have to say about their travel trailers.

We have been looking at RV's for the past 7 years and while we were originally leaning towards a 5th wheel, we did not want to make make the investment in a suitable tow vehicle. So now we have narrowed our choice down to a travel trailer, specifically the Dutchman Denali line.

I will reading what you folks are saying and learning from your comments.

Catch y'all later.

JD

Hi Joe, welcome to the Forum. I think you would be very happy with the Denali. Good choice.....

See my post under "300bhsl quality" in the travel trailer forum. I have yet to use my Kodiak without new quality issues coming up. It appears most of the issues with my unit are due to quality control from the manufacturing process.

Joe,
We bought a new Denali 5th wheel this spring up in Denton. The first two trips we had some minor water leaks--fittings not tightened-nothing major just had to spend a little time with a flashlight and a screwdriver to find and gain access to them. I have talked with other new owners that purchased other brands and this is not uncommon.
I had fewer problems with my Denali than some of my friends had with other brands.
Good luck and enjoy!
Mike
