Greetings From Antelope, CA

Hello. My wife and I have been avid campers since the early 80s. We started with a Coleman Tent Trailer and held onto it for 20 years. In 2002, we bought a newer Coleman and used it until we found the retro looking MPG trailer from Heartland. The RPOD company put the MPG out of the running by 2012. Our MPG lasted 7 years when I decided that I’d like to have a real shower surrounded by a nice trailer. That’s when we were introduced to the 2018 Kodiak 201QB trailer. We fell in love with it and have been taking a lot more trips with it. It does nicely and so far (knock on wood) we haven’t had any problems with it after about the first year. We love camping in Oregon and usually try to stay at any of the great parks throughout the state. Most parks have full utilities. I’m happy that I found this forum for Dutchmen trailers, to learn from others and to contribute my knowledge when necessary.

Hello PapaMikey! Welcome to the forum. I'm jealous of the areas you have to camp. I have been to the Pacific Northwest on business trips and one vacation. We watched folks catching Salmon and marveled at the mountains from Portland the UP in Washington, the helo trip I took into Mount Saint Helens, to the Sea and Sky Highway running up past Vancouver (the seafood out there is the best). And those things you have sticking out of the ocean??? What's with that?

Welcome!
