Been looking around the forums for a bit and finally pulled the trigger on a 2012 voltage 3950 with the full body paint option. Looking forward to hearing/sharing stories! Thanks to all who post/share info!

2012 Voltage 3795 Epic Package

Good morning, I am also new to the forum and just recently bought our first fifth wheel. I do have a question for anyone with knowledge of these, we went to use the heat for the first time last night and the unit turns on for a minute to 90 seconds with air blowing then shuts off. This model has the dometic dual zone AC system. The AC on both units work fine, my zone 1 has furnace (which isn't working) and zone 2 does not have a furnace option. Any help is appreciated!!

More than likely, the gas is turned off, or is empty, or there is air in the line.

The furnace blower should come on for about 30 seconds before it attempts to light the gas. if it doesn't light, then it shuts down.

So, make sure you have gas and it is turned on and then try it three or four times. If it doesn't light then, it's time for the shop.

Any chance the LP tanks are empty or 1 is empty and it's not directed towards the full one? If you have turned the stove on and it lights then that's probably not the problem. When I run out of LP and turn furnace on it will do the same thing. Sorry if this seems obvious but I'm guilty of wondering why my furnace didn't work and it was due to lack of propane lol

I see that you are a new member so just a little friendly advice. You have done what is known as stealing a post by asking a question not related to the original post. You should click on 'New Post' to submit your question. By doing so, you'll get more responses because it will be an original thread.
Welcome to the forum.

Welcome!

I wouldn't really call it "stealing a post" more like "forum drift". Not a big deal at all, especially on a lower volume forum like this. However by starting your own topic it sets the issue out and makes it easier for the search engines to find.

Glad it had and easy solution. I would read up on the way that system operates. I seem to recall that several people had issues with the cable wiring between the thermostat and the units causing major headaches.
